In no time, he was knee-deep into figuring out what was wrong with my fridge. Super professional, yet easygoing. Didn’t try to upsell me anything, just straight to the point. Turns out, it was a minor issue with the thermostat. He fixed it up, and boom, fridge back to normal, chilling like it should.
